About

Who wrote this curriculum, who it is built on, and who it is dedicated to.

Dedicated to

Mrs. JennyBeth Gardner

JennyBeth’s passion for the Lord and perfection have always inspired me. This package would not exist without her guidance and hard work. I praise God for the privilege of having been able to work along side JennyBeth.

Dr. Anthony “Baba.Computer” Petrillo, TEN3 President Emeritus

In gratitude

Dr. Gerald Rising

Dr. Rising was a man who put his students first. His example and guidance impacted me throughout my career. I am very grateful the Lord allowed me to have Dr. Rising as my PhD advisor.

Credits

L. P. Benezet

“The Teaching of Arithmetic: The Story of an Experiment,” 1935–36 — the research the whole curriculum rests on, and the reason this app withholds more than it offers.

Mrs. JennyBeth Gardner

Primary author of the TEN3 Primary Maths Curriculum, which she built from part 2 of Benezet’s article. This app exists to serve her curriculum, and is dedicated to her.

TEN3

The curriculum itself. This app supports it and does not amend it — where the two ever disagree, the curriculum is right.

Stare of Owls Technology

Hosts TEN3, and builds and hosts this app.

Copyright and permission

Stare of Owls Technology hosts TEN3, and this app uses TEN3 material and the TEN3 mark with permission.

Not finished. The notice this page should carry is not settled: the copyright line and holder for the curriculum, and the status of Benezet’s 1935–36 article, which is old enough that it is probably in the public domain but has not been checked. Nothing on this page should be read as a legal statement yet.

What this app stores

Nothing about a child leaves the device. There is no account, no server and no transmission — a child’s level and stars are held in that browser, on that device, and nowhere else. A shared tablet therefore shares them, and a wiped device or a private window loses them. There is no record to request, retain or protect.
